to tell you how happy I am with the training so far, and even happier with the results. There is such a drastic difference in my endurance and stamina from when I started, and I definitely have more
energy. I can also fit into clothes that have been tucked away in the back of my closet for a long time! Another advantage about the training is that although I am conscious of making healthier food
decisions, I certainly do not feel deprived in any way, and generally eat what I want in smaller proportions. To be honest, I am surprised at how quickly my body has transforming. Thank you so much
for all of the training and encouragement that you provides!
10/20/2016 ok, if you're looking to loose weight and gain muscle and be extremely fit in the next couple of weeks, that's not going to happen. everything takes time, and so does your fitness
goals. Ronny has many years of experience working with all types of individuals and the results are apparent. Like me, if you are willing to stick to his program, be it nutrition and workout, you
will surely see progress fast. I was a 127 lb, 5.4 ft and with 14% body fat- with his help and motivation, I have gained and now 135 lbs with 9% body fat within 2 and half months. yes, I am still
underweight for my height but I am happier and I feel more confident. much appreciated for sticking with me Ronny.
For the past 4 years, I've been struggling with my weight. I wouldn't describe myself to be "fat", but I was definitely not where I wanted to be. I would lose weight, then gain weight back again,
so I was never really consistent. I finally decided to hire Ronny as my personal trainer. I'm so glad I did! I lost 10 pounds in just 6 weeks (from 120 lbs to 110 lbs)! He assigned me various
workouts to do on my own time during the days I didn't see him and gave me tips on what to eat to help me lose weight faster. Ronny would even give me a text/call to make sure I was sticking to my
diet and running. To keep me accountable, I had to send a picture of what I ate and how fast I ran. This definitely helped me stay on track and motivated. and his nutrional product line tast so good
I can eat them anytime I want not gaining not feeling guilty. If you need a trainer, Ronny is your guy! He's passionate about his job and truly wants to help you reach your fitness goal
started traning with Ronny after I saw one off his picture how in shape he was in the picture online. I was looking for a trainer that’s how I started workingout with Ronny. He listened to me and
helped me set a realistic plan to achieve my goals. I started a routine (going several times a week) and after about 2 1/2 months I convinced myself it was too far for me to travel and I could find a
place closer to home. I tried other places, but was not getting nealy the results, nor were they fun or seriously working me out. I came back to Ronny and have been training with him regularly for
the past 4 months. I really see great results and wish I had never left. Ronny will get you in shape, overall good shape. Great for beginners to advanced fitness levels.
