Hi Ronny

I want to tell you how happy I am with the training so far, and even happier with the results. There is such a drastic difference in my endurance and stamina from when I started, and I definitely have more energy. I can also fit into clothes that have been tucked away in the back of my closet for a long time! Another advantage about the training is that although I am conscious of making healthier food decisions, I certainly do not feel deprived in any way, and generally eat what I want in smaller proportions. To be honest, I am surprised at how quickly my body has transforming. Thank you so much for all of the training and encouragement that you provides!

10/20/2016 ok, if you're looking to loose weight and gain muscle and be extremely fit in the next couple of weeks, that's not going to happen. everything takes time, and so does your fitness goals. Ronny has many years of experience working with all types of individuals and the results are apparent. Like me, if you are willing to stick to his program, be it nutrition and workout, you will surely see progress fast. I was a 127 lb, 5.4 ft and with 14% body fat- with his help and motivation, I have gained and now 135 lbs with 9% body fat within 2 and half months. yes, I am still underweight for my height but I am happier and I feel more confident. much appreciated for sticking with me Ronny.

For the past 4 years, I've been struggling with my weight. I wouldn't describe myself to be "fat", but I was definitely not where I wanted to be. I would lose weight, then gain weight back again, so I was never really consistent. I finally decided to hire Ronny as my personal trainer. I'm so glad I did! I lost 10 pounds in just 6 weeks (from 120 lbs to 110 lbs)! He assigned me various workouts to do on my own time during the days I didn't see him and gave me tips on what to eat to help me lose weight faster. Ronny would even give me a text/call to make sure I was sticking to my diet and running. To keep me accountable, I had to send a picture of what I ate and how fast I ran. This definitely helped me stay on track and motivated. and his nutrional product line tast so good I can eat them anytime I want not gaining not feeling guilty. If you need a trainer, Ronny is your guy! He's passionate about his job and truly wants to help you reach your fitness goal

I usually don't write Yelp reviews but I had to give kudos to Ronny because he is a fantastic trainer. I was referred to Ronny by a friend and on our first consultation, I explained exactly what I wanted (endurance, strength, toner body and firmer glutes) and just like that he built a workout and diet specific to my goals. During our one on ones, he was knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. After just a few training sessions I already noticed the difference in my body and its abilities. Being that the most exercise I got in a day was flexing my fingers on a keyboard, I was absolutely amazed! It gave me so much confidence. He also explained the importance of portions & daily essential nutrients and helped place me on a path to healthier eating and better nutrition. I am recommending him to everyone I know!

Ronny is an awesome trainer!
I started with no knowledge on how to use gym equipment and weights but Ronny has taught me how to use them and makes sure I use the proper form. He will push you to the limit but makes sure you can handle it.  Ronny motivates me to achieve my goals also constantly gives tips on how to eat healthier. I now feel healthier and have more energy after working out with Ronny. I highly recommend Ronny to anyone who wants to be fit and healthy. ps I use to have trouble going to the bathroom Ronny has his own line of supplement help me go the bathroom with no problem

Omg! Ronny is the best trainer!! I just signed up a month ago and I'm already seeing so much progress!! Ronny training is a must if you are trying to get fit! I start using his  product I have to say I was not big in take vitamin before I met Ronny I have so much more energy I feel more alert now from my daily routine...

I've worked with other personal trainers before but never got any results, after a few months with Ronny I was finally able to build some muscle and gain weight. I've always been below 135 lbs but after 4 months with Ronny I found myself above 145 lbs. He keeps you accountable and makes sure you are eating correctly and taking your supplement to meet your goals.
Ronny paid close attention when I lifted to ensure I wasn't straining anything and didn't injure myself to ensure consistent training for consistent results. I had terrible back and knee problems and would always injure myself if I tried going to the gym which would put me out for weeks, sometimes months. With Ronny he addressed my weak areas and we spent time slowly building up the proper muscles to use free weights for best results.

I started with Ronny so that I could look fit for my wedding in August 2017 and so far I am more than pleased with my results.

I started traning with Ronny after I saw one off his picture how in shape he was in the picture online. I was looking for a trainer that’s how I started workingout with Ronny. He listened to me and helped me set a realistic plan to achieve my goals. I started a routine (going several times a week) and after about 2 1/2 months I convinced myself it was too far for me to travel and I could find a place closer to home. I tried other places, but was not getting nealy the results, nor were they fun or seriously working me out. I came back to Ronny and have been training with him regularly for the past 4 months. I really see great results and wish I had never left. Ronny will get you in shape, overall good shape. Great for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

I worked with Ron as part of a national competition to loose body fat. From our first session it became evident Ron was different that other trainers I had encountered. I originally started training with Ron 5 years ago for my wedding. I had also been putting off a knee surgery and waited until my wedding and honeymoon.  In the year prior to the wedding, Ron helped me to get in shape and completely worked around my bad knees. He was amazing at finding ways for me to lose weight and build muscle without further injuring my bad knees. After my surgery I didn’t know what would happen once I recovered. But during my recovery, for the first time in my life, I found myself really missing exercise, but especially master training Ron help me with. I wasn’t just burning calories when I was working out with Ron, I felt good all over. It improved my confidence, my self esteem and my general mental wellness. So after the surgery, I came back to Ron. It has been over 2 years this time around and I can do so much more than I ever could before. I have lost 14 pounds, and gone down 2 pants sizes. More importantly, I have been able to keep it off. The best part is that I actually enjoy exercising. Before Ron I had never exercised in any kind of way. I use to hated exercise and could only force myself to take brisk walks to try to lose weight.Training with Ron, the workout is different every time so there is nothing to fear or dread. Even when I am tired at the end of a long day, I look forward to go for mt 1 hour session with Ron. I love the one on one workout the time go by so fast, and Ron always supportive. he alwayse reminding me I'm only compete with myself as I get stronger and become more adept at certain “Moves” while challenging you to get stronger. It really make you feels like friend. Train with Ron has absolutely changed my life in so many positive ways. I only wish I had discovered him earlier!
